Jennifer has provided guidance and legal representation for Connecticut municipalities for nearly 30 years. Over the last several years, she has expanded her practice areas into the complex federal aviation laws governing unmanned aircraft systems (“UAVs” or “drones”) in order to assist municipal clients with existing and planned public safety drone programs. She is a private, instrument-rated pilot with over 25 years of flight experience, an aircraft owner, licensed commercial drone pilot, an FAA Safety Team representative and Drone Pro, and a civilian liaison to the Connecticut TSA’s counter-drone task force. She is also co-founder of the Connecticut Municipal UAV Task force.
